List of subprocessors engaged by Datitude in the provision of the ITeM Service, the type of services provided and the place where the delegated activities are performed.
Datitude S.r.l. ("Datitude" or "we"), in providing the ITeM Service, may engage third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to support data processing activities. Subprocessors may process, store or access certain information or data of Datitude's Customers in order to support and/or improve the ITeM Service.
Before activating a subprocessor, Datitude carries out the necessary checks regarding the privacy, information security, and data protection practices of the subprocessor. Subprocessors may access the data necessary to maintain and deliver the ITeM Services delegated to them by Datitude.
The following table lists the subprocessors engaged by Datitude, the type of services provided and the place where the delegated activities are performed.
Datitude reserves the right, from time to time, to remove or add subprocessors or to delegate additional activities to existing subprocessors, in line with the evolution of functional, technical and commercial requirements.
Datitude will periodically update this page with the list of currently active subprocessors.
